Measure around your waist at the level of your stoma — we’ll take care of the rest.
How to measure
A soft sewing tape, or a piece of string that you’ll then measure against a ruler.
Wrap it around your abdomen, flat against your skin. Stay relaxed, without pulling tight.
Note your measurement in centimetres and choose the matching size.

The measurements correspond to your waist, taken at the level of your stoma.
Good to know
Choose the smaller one for more support, the larger one for more comfort.
Your measurement can vary over the weeks. Measure again before ordering.
